Project and Development Life Cycle
سنتعرف اليوم Project and development life cycle :
- Project life cycle :
series of phases that a project passes through its start to its completion .
كل مشروع لهه بدايه و نهايه .
- predictive (waterfall) :
scope , time and cost are determined in the early phases and any changes in scope are carefully managed .
هنا تكون كل مراحل المشروع واضحه من حيث scope , time and cost .
- adaptive (change driven) :
detailed scope is defined and approved before the start of and iteration .
وهى عمليه بيكون فيها ال scope مش واضح حيث تتم العمليه على خطوات تعتمد على بعضها البعض حيث يتم اخذ خطوه و العمل بها واثناء العمل تستوجب الدخول فى خطوه اخرى و هكذا , وذلك يتم من خلال عمليه من عمليتان .
- incremental :
series of iteration add functionality within a predetermined time frame .
وهى عباره عن عمليه iterative مكرره اكثر من مره لكن تكون بوقت محدد .
- iterative :
وهى تكون داخل ال incremental وهى عمليه منظمه بحيث يتم جمع ال requirements + design + implementation + finish , وهذه العمليه لا توصل الى منتج نهائى .
- hybrid :
well known elements of the project or have fixed requirements follow a predictive , elements still evolving follow an adaptive .
فى حاله معرفه عناصر المشروع او متطلباته الثابته يعتبر ال predictive , وفى حاله العناصر يتم استكمالها او تتطور فتعتبر iterative .
- product life cycle :
series of phases that present the evolution of an product from concept through delivery .
حيث ان المنتج يكون فى البدايه كفكره الى ان يكون جاهز للمستخدم النهائى .
- project phases :
activities that culminates in the completion of deliverables .
ان كل phase فى المشروع له نهايه .
- phase gate :
phases review , phase gate , kill point , phases entrance or phase exit at the end of the phase point at which project's performance and progress are compared to the project and business documents .
فى نهايه كل وقت من ال phase تسمى بهذه المسميات حيث يتم مراجعه خطوات المشروع من حيث الاداء و مقارنته بال phase document or business document .
- business case :
economic feasibility study to establish the validity of the the benefits for project management activities .
اى دراسه الجدوى التى من خلالها يتم اتخاذ القرار لبدا المشروع ام لا .
- business management plan :
processes for creating , maximizing and sustaining the benefits provided by a project .
الانشطه المطلوبه و مواكبه النشاطات التى بها يتم الحصول على تلبيه الفوائد التى يوفها المشروع .
